FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: The Mexican Association of Surface Finishing (AMAS) has announced the opening of booth sales on November 5th for their annual Conference and Expo that will be held at the Expo Center of Guadalajara, on March 25-26, 2020.
Surface Finishing Mexico is the only conference held in Mexico dedicated to the surface finishing industry of the country. The 2020 event will feature over 100 exhibitors and will offer intensive training workshops, technical sessions on new technologies, and networking events, providing attendees with the unique opportunity interact with both suppliers and applicators of the industrial electroplating, anodizing, and painting industry of Mexico.
Andres Alvarez, president of Galber, and founding board member of AMAS explains the importance of this event being held in Guadalajara and why he thinks it will be the best event in the associations history, “Aside from being held in this incredibly beautiful city that I also call home, it is also known as “Little Silicon Valley” because of the large number of international electronics manufacturers established here. And the timing is perfect because Guadalajara and the state of Jalisco is currently looking beyond the automotive industry that is currently makes up the majority of the manufacturing industry of Mexico, for the next big thing. And we believe the electronics industry is something that should become very significant to the city and our country and should be supported with the type of training and education programs AMAS offers.”
